Mueller Reports Fired me. saying I failed to complete all training modules when they knew I had more to do. New York New York

I answered an ad for an Insurance Inspector Position on indeed.com. I was contacted and met with Field Representative Calvin Harper 9 days ago. I completed all the necessary paperwork to get on board. The day I met him he took me out on 2 inspections to get a feel for the job. He said I was an excellent candidate with my knowledge and background. He sent me an e-mail with some training information. There was about 15 hours and tests to be completed. In that same e-mail he said thet we were scheduled to work together in the field on March 14, 15 and 16th. I completed section 1 of the training. He called me March 13th and said to meet him at a specific location the next day. He asked me how much training I had completed and I told him section 1. We met the next day, he gave me my Phoenix mobile device which is a device to use as a phone, complete field work, take photos with and submit completed reports online. I had never seen anything like this. I had to learn how to use it. In addition I had questions about when we were paid, how do we submit time and mileage and I was trying to get a feel for the company and how it worked. Long story short he didnt want to answer my questions, said I was scaring him and not to worry that he would get me there all the while praising me for my knowledge.

The next day, I showed up for day 2 of training and he asked why I was looking melancholy and I again expressed my concerns to him. I never mentioned that I was also dealing with the fact that it was my deceased Mother 94th Birthday anniversary and yes I was a bit down but ready and eager to get to work. well he had done an about face and now said I was no good, I was scaring him with my questions and fired me. I called corporate and left a message that I wanted to complain and they never called me back. Then I get an e-mail from their office saying I was terminated for not completing the trining modules. There was no time deadline ever given, He chose to go ahead with field training knowing full well I had more to do and his intention was to put me out into the Field as an Inspector un trained on my own. I have written to the President, and all on down the line and filed a complaint. Well see what if anything they say or do. Stay away from this horrible company at all costs.
