Multilingual Books Fraud, no delivery of items, no response to phone calls or emails Seattle Washington

June 10th I placed an order with Multilingual Books' web site for a French English dictionary of Economics and Politics terms titled: Harrap's French Economics and Politics Dictionary. I received an email saying that the store had processes my order and gave me a reference number. My debit card was also charged.

More than a month later I had received no package, no email or call from any one at the store. I followed up by sending and email to both email addresses listed on their web site and called more than 5 times in one week leaving messages every time.

I still have heard nothing from the company and want my 30 dollar order credited or even sent as I originally requested but I've received NO contact. Do not order from this company they clearly want to take advantage of those who don't care enough to pursue fraud reports. Find one of the many other reputable book stores that sell foreign language books. And it is also a shame that so many other sites link to this store as a great resource when it isn't.
