This is my PERSONAL experience with Multiply Inc & Joe Giglietti (owner) On July 2017 I hired this company to run Facebook ads on my behalf.
Terms & Conditions state the following: USD$1,560.00 Deposit - Multiply Inc will refund the deposit if Client fails to achieve a sale of a property of the client, specifically as a result of business generated by Multiply Inc.'s services (Sale must be achieved within 3 months of “effective date”). ……..
THE RESULT OF THIS AGREEMENT: ZERO (0) LEADS (not even ONE) RESULTED FROM THIS CONTRACT.
I was promoting a Vacation Project in the Caribbean.
As 3 months passed without ZERO leads, zero results, as agreed I proceed to request the $1,560.00 refund.
EIGHTY THREE DAYS (83 days)..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have passed since my refund request in writing and all I get from Joe Giglietti are cash flow excuses and unfulfilled promises to proceed with the agreed refund.
Today, I am proceeding to file a complaint and let everyone knows how they treat paying customers☹
If you see him on any marketing event/ facebook group,etc…tell him to pay.... !

I finally received the refund !!!!!!
I want to clear and sett the record straight:
- that Mr. Giglietti send me the bank document confirmation on december 22, 2018 and the money hit my bank account on december 28.
Therefore the transfer was made SEVENTY TWO (72) after the termination of the contract (10-18).
Due to the aforementioned MULTIPLY INC and Mr. JOE GIGLIETTI fulfilled their contractual obligations.

Mr.Giglietti just contacted me and said that next week I´ll be receiving the refund...he assure me this time is real...I´ll keep you informed if this time is true or not...
