FRAUD ALERT: Multipurpose Trade Market of Johannesburg, South Africa has NO LEGAL RELATIONSHIP TO PS INTERNATIONAL, LTD. in the USA.
Mr. Johans Norman (“Norman”), and Mr. Paul Jonas (“Jonas”) have NO LEGAL RELATIONSHIP TO PS INTERNATIONAL, LTD. in the USA.
PS International, Ltd., (“PSI”), using the domain name, www.psinternational.net, is an international buyer and seller of bulk agricultural products based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina USA.
Mr. Johans Norman (“Norman”), and Mr. Paul Jonas (“Jonas”), have established the website, www.multipurposetrademarket.com (“MPTM”), and is currently using copyrighted and other protected materials of PS International’s website to create their own, and purports to sell similar goods to similar customers in similar markets.
MPTM is also illegally and fraudulently using the identities of 4 senior PS International employees: Mr. Dave Kuntarich, Mr. David Steinbrink, Mr. Brad Ford, and Mr. Rich Fields to give credibility to their scheme. NONE of these 4 parties have any legal relationship with Multipurpose Trade Market.
We wish to properly notify and warn all parties that Multipurpose Trade Marketing has illegally copied copyright protected materials belonging to PS International, Ltd. of Chapel Hill, North Carolina USA.
PS International Ltd. has no legal relationship whatsoever to this group. They have merely copied our website -- and as of August 24, 2015 continue to falsely and fraudulently list 4 officers and staff of PS International on their "Meet the Staff" page.
Multipurpose Trade Market has resisted PS International's requests to cease and desist from the wrongful misuse of our copyrighted materials and fraudulent listing of our staff and th. Our company has notified their former web-hosting service of the fraud - but they continue to change web hosting companies and IP Addresses.

Multipurpose Trade Market -- or the name variation they now seem to be using – Multi Purpose Trade Ltd. PTY – are fraudulently listing PS International staff on their website in an effort to deceive unsuspecting food industry buyers and/or suppliers that they are related to our company, PS International, Ltd. of Chapel Hill, NC USA. The design of the website, the product photos, etc., were copies from our company’s website without permission – and in violation of copyright protections protecting our intellectual property. THEY HAVE NO CONNECTION WHATSOEVER to our company -- except for the fraud they are attempting to commit against others by falsely claiming our staff are part of their fraudulent group.
These “fraudsters” refuse our repeated demands that they remove the fraudulent listing of our staff and the copyright protected materials. Each time we request their web hoisting company remove them, they change to a new web hosting group.
