Samuel Michael Madonian and his business partners Richard Stauffer and Robert Stauffer are engaged in a criminal enterprise currently being investigated by the FBI. Sam Madonian is a federally convicted felon who defrauded a bank of 2.7 million dollars in 1998 and went to federal prison in 2003. He is currently on parole and this business is an attempt to once again defraud banks and potential customers and clients, like me, out of money and services.
Stay away from him and this enterprise as it is bogus and the FBI and the Federal Parole Office in Macon, GA will back this up. Kevin Mason is his parole officer and would be very interested in hearing anything about your dealings with Samuel Michael Madonian, or his aliases: Sam Madonian, S. Michael Madonian, Michael Madonian, Samuel Madonian. He uses different variations of his name to attempt to hide his identity.
He has caused a lot of people a lot of problems and will, in all likelyhood, be returning to a life accented by the blaze orange jumpsuits that are all the rage in the federal penetentiary.
I am trying to limit the people who have him run over them on his way back to prison.

"Facts" correction
Richard and Robert Stauffer were listed on the LLC filing as members, thus my original comment. It has since come to my attention, albeit undocumented, that they may not have known Mr. Madonian did this. What Richard Stauffer did know was that he should check Mr. Madonian's background before placing people with Madonian's company, Mungoos Car Care products. Richard's error was in not doing so and then placing people with Madonian, thus causing several people to quit their jobs based on fraudulent offers of employment. Some of these people even worked for a period of time for Madonian and never got paid. Some of these good people are now losing their possessions as they are unemployed as a result of this bogus enterprise.
Additionally, Madonian may or may not be under investigation currently, as the wheels of justice turn very slowly. He is, nevertheless, a criminal and this business Mungoose Car Care Products and is a fraud.

Before you state names of innocent individuals, you should truly check your facts of the entire situation. The two individuals you referred to are not owners or partners in any fashion of the Mungoose company. If I am not mistaken, you have slandered two innocent individuals. I would strongly suggest - YOU CHECK ALL THE FACTS before reporting.
