MUNICIPAL COUNCILLORS PENSION FUND MCPF withholding pay-out unlawfully, in contempt of court, maybe bankrupt? Johannesburg, South Africa

I was employed by The South Peninsula Municipality, a Local Government, in Western Cape Province of South Africa as an Executive City Councillor and in 2000 I applied for Resignation Benefits i.t.o. a Pension Fund Rule. A duly completed Termination Form was handed to my employer.

For almost 10 YEARS now I have been EXTREMELY PREJUDICED and suffering Damages BEYOND MY WILDEST DREAMS because the Municipal Councillors Pension Fund (MCPF) refuses to pay-out my benefits.

During 2005 I lodged a complaint to the Pension Fund Adjudicator (PFA) and after a THREE YEAR NIGHTMARE of deceit, conniving and stories my Mother never told me about, the PFA, finally, made a Determination in my favour - which now turns out not to be worth the paper it is written on. So much for my confidence in a Justice System that reeks of corruption
that is, in my opinion, nothing more than a 'cunningly devised fable, twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools'.

If you are a member of the Municipal Councillors Pension Fund, PASOP !! Get out, while the going is good.

To the International Community (who intends to visit South Africa for the Soccer World Cup) I would like to suggest, that you take note our Governments incompetence, corruption and how loopholes are created in the System and then exploited to meet their own ends and at my expense. I live in constant fear of reprisal with a Police Force that has REFUSED TO PROTECT ME. Do you think they are going to protect youa foreigner when you visit here?

If the MCPF denies any of the aforesaid, I would be willing to debate with them 'live' on television.

Oh, South Africa, whither shall I flea from thy presenceeven if I make my bed in Hell, thou wilt be present there? Hopefully, H*ll would be TOO FULL of Corrupt South African Government Officials by the time I get there.
