This is a scam. Didn't participate but looked online to see others with the same complaint.
This ploy is to send you a large check, mine $4200.00, instructing you to fill out an acceptance form and fax, then take check to bank and cash, using the cash to make seperate Money Gram transactions back to the company as a mystery shopper, then evaluating the customer service at these locations.
The remainder of the cash, after sending the amounts instructed, is your salary. Yeah right!!! Too easy!
Looked online and saw where the same thing is happening to other individuals who actually participated. The checks are stolen, but your bank doesn't find this out until you've already cashed the check and sent the money.
DON'T DO THIS!!!!!!! YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!
