Beware of Murad!

I ordered their introductory kit.I carefully, specifically and repeatedly checked "No" when asked if I wanted to sign up for their "club" to receive automatic shipping and discounts on products. They signed me up anyway, sent items, and charged my credit card.

Nine months later and I am still dealing with them. They send products I never ordered, charge my credit card, require me to pay return shipping and insure the package. Currently they are refusing to give a full refund on an unopened package of products I (again) never ordered.

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this scamming company.

Shame on you Dr. Murad and shame on you Joan Lunden for continuing to be a spokesperson for such a deceitful company.
