We hired this company to take pictures during our wedding ceremony and reception. First off, she was late to arrive and did not have any idea who was in our wedding party after we fully discussed this on prior meetings with her. She also did not seem at all interested in being there and if felt rushed. Our members in our party had even asked us where did we find this person. After the night was over we meet with here a few daysc later to view the pictures. All I can say is this person should not be accepting money for her services. The pictures were of such poor quality that only a hand full could be used . We asked for a full refund and she became quite angry and verbally abusive to the point we got up and left. We left all the photos with her and at this point have decide to hire an attorney and sue for damages. This has been such a nightmare that I had  to post this for all to see before they hire this company. Stay far away or don't expect to get what you think you are purchasing!

She is an amazing photographer!

AUTHOR: JessicaEmily - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 24, 2015

As the others have stated, you have obviously never worked with her before. I don't know why you would try to hurt her professional reputation by posting a fake review but you should know that she is an amazing photographer who has plenty of clients who will stand up for her. One of those clients is, of course, me. She is a true professional who so obviously loves what she does and it shows through her work as well. She was early for my wedding. A life saver and a friendly face I could count on through out my wedding day. She went over every question I had, without delay, both before the wedding and after. There has never been any doubt of her professionalism. She edited(yes, she, as in she personally edited) 1,436 beautiful images and had them up in an online gallery for me, my friends, and my family to see in about 4 weeks post wedding. She held my hand through the whole process and was always respectful, thoughtful, and professional.

Best Photographer Ever.

AUTHOR: SamGates - ()

POSTED: Thursday, January 22, 2015

It's truly a shame someone would stoop to lying and destroy another's business. But guess what? All you've done is given us, her clients, another place to talk about how wonderful she is. Anyone can google her, check out her website, check out her FB page, look at her many, many positive reviews basically everywhere to see that she's talented, well liked, and a truly skilled professional photographer that does, in fact, follow through. She's also a stickler for following business policy and meeting deadlines.

She actually apologized to me for being on time to my engagement session because she had been caught in traffic. For her, on time, means late. She was about 30 minutes early to my wedding. And yet, when everything was running behind because of me, she was calm and a positive energy force that kept me from stressing too badly. That girl never stopped moving. Even when she was suppose to be sitting and eating (I actually had her sitting at my family's table so she'd be close by and fed on time), she kept getting up just to capture special little moments. She was focused, hard working, and my family couldn't stop raving about her. She was also funny, relaxed, and full of life.

You could almost see the churning of ideas and she came up with a lot of creative fun shots while still managing to get everything else we wanted. I was impressed. My husband was impressed. Everyone was impressed with her AND her work. I got to see some sneak peeks on her Facebook page about a week after the wedding, and about 5ish weeks she sent me my link for my proofing gallery along with very detailed instructions with how things were to proceed. She had already discussed everything with me, but it is nice being able to see it in an email.

The images were beautiful, and fun, and creative and represented my husband and I to a Tee. She even managed to capture my family's spirit and mischeif. The ordering process was easy and my prints and albums came out wonderfully. Trully professional work all around. I admit I was tempted to print images myself since I did get the digitals but after seeing the quality of her prints I knew there was no comparison. And the craziest thing? Her prices are reasonable. Even I told her she should be charging a heck of a lot more for the quality and skill she offers. I've seen people twice her price who couldn't hold a candle to her work.

Very Professional

AUTHOR: BeckyM - ()

POSTED: Monday, January 12, 2015

We used Twila for our wedding in December. The photos she took were absolutely beautiful.  I am not sure why anyone would post about her. She was on-time, very professional - and most of all took spectacular photos.

Pure nonsense

Are you kidding me? It's too bad you're using a fake name because posting that junk is illegal! One can only hope Mrs. Murasaki finds out who you are & sues the pants off of you!

I, unlike you, know for a fact that Twila Murasaki of Murasaki Photography is incredibly skilled and professional. She was incredible at my wedding and those of my cousin's and brother's. Yes, we all hire her. You better believe it. I actually rearranged my wedding date to be able to have her as our photographer. She's worth it. Anyone who has ever worked with her would do & say the same things as me. She has consistently brought her Agame to anything I have ever seen her shoot & she has always done quality work. Above & beyond is putting it mildly. At my wedding we wanted a kind of elevated shot of the ceremony but we knew it was impossible as there was no balconies for her to shoot from. But when we went into our gallery, there was the elevated shot of the ceremony that we had wanted. She had climbed a tree for us!

So fake

AUTHOR: Derek Schiller - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 10, 2015

Hahahaaa! So fake! How does anyone who's ever worked with Murasaki Photography know? Oh how about for starters, you would not have met her to go over your pictures a few days later. She does online galleries.

You look at the pictures from your own home!!! One of the many things I love about her business model. Also, you wouldn't see jack in a few days. Twila goes over every single image and edits them each personally.

She also take about 100 pictures per hour. So there's no way in hell she'd get pictures to anyone, even in her online galleries that fast. I've hired her several times. A couple of weeks for a session, 4-8 weeks for a wedding. So with just those two things you're obviously a giant liar who deserves to get sued.

Throw in her talent, her professionalism, and her amazing personality and you aren't just a liar but an embarrassment to the human race. Anyone want an one of the best professional photographers out there? Hire Murasaki Photography.

Oh and when I say give a name...I mean your real name.

AUTHOR: Murasaki Photography - ()

So that everyone understands...when googling Cindi McCarthy of Miami, FL...strangely...they don't't exist. Made up name for false allegations. If anyone still has any doubts about this persons claims, question for yourself why someone who supposedly has already come to my company requesting money back...wanting their money back, would hide who they actually are from both you and me. One good reason? They can easily be sued for spreading fake information about a person, let alone an actual business. Rippoff report should also be ashamed of themselves for not allowing easily proven to be false allgations to be removed.

Competitor Jealousy is the only thing I can imagine this is.

POSTED: Saturday, January 10, 2015

So, to be frank...I have never in my career been asked to refund anyone's money. Out of all of the years I have been a photographer I can only speak of 2 events that I have ever been late to. 1. I was given the wrong address from the bride. The couple had somehow combined the two prep addresses to create one that didn't exist and actually confirmed that address(not paying attention, in other words). So I drove around for thirty minutes until they answered their phone and was able to give me the correct address. They were incredibly sweet and I doubt the writer is them. The second time I was caught behind an accident on the 7 mile bride heading to the Keys. There is no escape from that until everything is cleared from the bridge. The bride was notified immidiately, I was about 30 minutes late, and she had plenty of time to kill and was not fazed at all. What she was was very understanding. Considering how happy both of these brides are with my services(to include 5 star reviews and friend referrals) I seriously doubt the writer would be either one of them. And simply put, I also don't do poor quality work. If I were to ever...for some horrid reason(be it my fault or that of others) that caused my work to be subpar I would happily give a refund. Again, I have never had that issue. Whether I'm shooting a high end destination wedding or a backyard BBQ wedding, I have always had clients more than satisfied with the end results. This is not bragging or arrogance, just facts from a skilled professional wedding photographer who has always gone above and beyond for my clients.

In fact, I suggest you this. Come forward out of your anonimity. Show that you were ever a client. Give a name. A date that this happened. A contract. Anything. You can't. How do I know? Because my clients wouldn't lie about me or my business. They would actually talk to me if they were displeased with something and I would work with them. Those are the kind of people that hire me. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to hurt a professional's reputation out of spite and/or envy. I actually wish you were a client and then I could find a way to help you feel better, but that's not the case. I'm also not upset or angry with you, whoever you may be, for doing this, but I am sad for you. Best wishes and good luck with your life.

As for anyone who is doing their research on my business and stumbles accross this sad bit of mischief...contact me. Talk to me. Feel free to ask for the many, many references I can provide. I also show full weddings I have shot from actual clients(with their approval of course) to show my future clients more or less what they can expect from me. Those full wedding galleries include not just a handful of my best images, but every image. The family formal pictures, baby Sue sleeping, more than a little toasted Uncle Joe on the dance floor, etc...I do not make it difficult at all to see the quality of my work in the full spectrum. I am completely happy to offer references because I know how my clients feel about me. Every last one of them. I love my clients and do my best to get to know them and because I know them so well and have made them so happy I have retained clients not just for their weddings but for all of their life events. They come back. Their families hire me. Their siblings hire me for their weddings. You'll also notice in your research that I'm not particularly active with social media but I'm a very busy photographer. That's because the majority of my work comes from word of mouth. When people like you and what you do, they spread the word. Find the truth before believing maliciousness like this.
