Murphy Jewelers ,Murphy Jewelers is dishonest and a rip off they only care about getting the sale and not making sure its what the consumer ordered Hamburg Pennsylvania

I bought a diamond ring for my soon to be fiance at Murphy Jewelers they said that because of how small her finger was they were going to have to order it from the manufacturer Hearts on Fire and this could take up to 4 weeks to get in.

In the next week after ordering the ring I ended things with my fiance and called the jewler to cancel the ring order they said they would call the manufacturer and have it cancelled and call me back. It all sounded great but the problem was everytime I called the jeweler they said they couldn't get a hold of the rep for our area and this went on for almost two weeks.

When they finally got ahold of her the ring just happened to arrive at their store that day and they said it can't be returned and I must pay for the ring. I put the ring on my Murphy Jeweler credit card and when I made the purchase with the card they never told me I couldn't return the ring and there was nothing written in the bill stating that either.

Now I can't get them to return my calls or even work with me. I don't feel I should have to pay for this ring especially since I cancelled the order before hand. I've been trying to get the jeweler and the credit card company to take the ring off my card and they will not do it.

I feel they never tried to contact the manufacturer to cancel the ring and as for their credit card company they are charging me for a product I ordered but did cancel well in advance and I have not picked it up from the store it is still in Murphy Jewelers and I am refusing to pick up something that I do not want or need and feel that I cancelled with the store with plenty of time for them to cancel the order.
