Murphy Jones and Uship Powell Bull dog puppy scam using uship Mount Shasta California

Found an add for bulldog puppies on the recycler. I made an inquiry to get more info. and to see the puppies. I recieved am email vee y friendly and eager to find a good home he asked lots of questions and made himself concerned to find a good home for hs puppies. 

I answered all his questions and they said they liked me and were willing to sell me the puppy for $1200. The dogs were all to be in pet homes. No charge for shipping " his wife agreed". He then told me how to provide the deposit th err ough Reloadit. I was not familiar with how that worked so he explained and I provided the $500 deposit. Following my deposit he claimed to make the arrangement for shipping.  Then I recieved an e-mail and text from Uship telling me I had to pay $2200 for the shipping.  I told them to the seller agreed to pay shipping.  They supposedly got $1300 from seller and again told me to pay balance. I said no and started investigaing for fraud.  Then told them if this was a legitimate transaction and the $2200 was to be refunded they could prove it. Send the dog and I will pay balance owed of the dog. 

When I insisted it was fraud they claimed they would quarantine acharge me with abandonment which a claim I saw they made on another person on this site. 

I have been askingvfor my $500 backor to come pick upbthe dog in person. They are not responding.
