Muscle Car City, Muscle Car City, Alice Russell is a complete RIP OFF!!!! Santa Ana California

I came across Alice about a month ago and I am SO GLAD I DID! She has been nothing but helpful, informative and straight forward in my process of restoring my 1955 Buick Special. From her giving me unbelievable deals on a rear window and engine, to her advise on what to look for to make sure I'm not getting a bum wrap, Alice has been nothing short of GREAT!

She has been very understanding to my needs. Through her display of business ethics I truly feel that she is looking out for my best interest. She has not pushed any of her products on me and has not attempted to sucker me into a sale for a quick cheap buck.

I will continue to go to Alice for parts, advise, and support until, and I imagine after my car is complete. It is rare to find someone that is willing to help you and share your enthusiasm without expecting something in return.

I have supplied parts to Muscle Car City for the past year and I can tell you that Alice is very attentive to detail and does quality work. This is based upon the types of things that she orders from me. I even send her nuts, bolts and screws so that she has the exact parts to make the car as original as possible. She has called me for technical advice a few times, and her bottom line is that she will not release a car until it meets her high standards. I have referred a few of my customers to her and they have all commented favorably on her high energy, devotion to her work, and impeccable attention to detail. Anyone who wants to verify that my response is genuine is invited to do so.

This complaint is a Hoax and I demand proof that you ever did buisnes with my Company.

The internet can be one of two things a wonderful resource of information, or a way for hateful people to scam, terrorize, stalk, manipulate, slander, and or tell out right lies about products, people or companies. It is very unfortunate that some people depend upon words of a cyber space individual to base their decisions. There is always three sides of any story the complaint the rebuttal and the truth. The truth can be found by actually meeting a individual instead of looking into a screen.

I have also been ripped off by Alice Russell and Muscle Car City in Santa Ana California. I know there are more people out there in the same situation. I was going to restore the car of my dreams but it ended up as a nightmare. I payed $7500 in advance and was going to pay 7500 more at the end af restoration. The deal was 15000 and 3 month. After 6 month she sprayed some primer on the car just to show some pictures but after 8 month I had to pick up the car and send it to a real body shop. I never got the money back and a lot of parts was missing like all A/C parts, engine and transm. parts, moldings.
