Its unfortunate that "Quentin" did not present all of the information when making this complaint. Quentin signed up for MusicGorilla.com's Artist services on July 27th, 2007, he received all of the benefits that Music Gorilla offers artists including the free film/tv submissions as well as other services. The term for MusicGorilla.com's services is one year, and Quentin agreed to that when he signed up. The credit card given to pay for the account was continuously declined and instead of immediately deactivating the account we contacted the artist to attempt to take care of the account.

At one point, Quentin requested that the account be terminated, we went against our policy and agreed to terminate the account early, even though Quentin had agreed to the one year term of the account when he signed up. Customer service is very important to us and we do our best to work with all of our customers, and their financial situations. Due to an accounting error, the account was not terminated immediately and the automated process continued for two months to attempt to collect payment, however, no payment was ever collected because the card on file continued to be declined.

So as you can see we have done our due diligence and even made an exception to our agreement to terminate this account early.

As stated earlier, customer service is very important to us and we do our absolute best to make sure that all of our clients are happy with our services. We have never had a claim against our company and even this one should not have been made based on the facts.
