This is only offered to clients because Mtyedjs can pick up staff members the day of your party who the owners behind the business do not know if they have the capabilites to represent mtyedjs and make sure all aspects of the job is taken care of, which include being professionaly trained and have the knowledge to work for a "professional dj company" and most importantly making sure the client is satisfied at his/her event. Mtyedjs owners keep all notes to themselves. The DJs that show up to the parties only come prepaired with an invoice. Durring the event their is no contact between the DJ and Mtyedjs office. After the party the DJ then asks the client for the balance. Little did the DJ know because their was no information given to him prior to the event, the balance was already paid for and now the client is not happy that DJ does not know if the balance was paid or not, nor does the DJ receive his pay without having to collect it from the owners.
