This guy Terrance Hudson is not business savy he claims he wants to help music artist become independent by giving them a bunch contracts they can use to sign artists the contracts are ok, but the handling your LLC is not so great. I've purchased a LLC package awhile ago and still have not recieve any paperwork from it stating I have my LLC. I believe this guy is a fraud or just one lazy guy that does not hand business right if you're thinking about doing business with do not go with it it will be a waste of time and money.

This company in my opinion is a wonderful company to do business with. Not only is Mr Hudson knowledgable of the legalities dealing with contracts and state laws , but also Mr Terrance Hudson's company provide a road map to help get your company on track towards success.
Consults you which is an addded bonus. I had no idea the things i needed to be in compliance with the state. MusicBizDocs has given me the knowledge and tools to be a successful business person. Thank you Mr Hudson.
