MusicianVip Play Music 123 They are Scam Artists Ontario California

 I was looking for a Trumpet on Amazon.com and came across Musician Vip. I ordered what they described as a "Professional" Trumpet. The problem began when they lied about the shipping. They posted that the item had shipped one day after I purchased the item. After  4 or 5 days a realized the item had not shipped and tried to cancel the order and they refused. I received the trumpet and thought that since it was there that I'd at least check it out. I realized that this was in NO WAY a professional trumpet and that is was manufactured in TAIWAN. I did research and compared it to some of the "REAL" professional horns out there and decided to contact Amazon.com to return the item. I received a RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization Number from Musicianvip. I shipped the item back to them by FedEx and followed the tracking of this package. It arrived at there facility and was signed for by them on 9/26. After I heard nothing from them by Saturday 9/28/2013 I contacted them and they acted like they didn't know what was going on. I had to give them the RMA number again. Now its 10/1/2013 and I receive an email saying that the item was returned damaged and that they did not authorize the return. I HAVE THE RMA NUMBER WITH THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THAT THEY ISSUED ME THROUGH AMAZON.COM!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS and thats it ! FEDEX does not deliver damaged packages and if the package was damaged why did they sign for it? It should be made public that this company is a scam. They don't stock the items they sell and thus don't want to take returns. I will do all thatI can to let everyone know about these scam artists. I am out $2000 due to these people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!
