Mutual Consolidated Savings check the Better Business Bureau website before you buy!! Tacoma Washington

I was contacted by Mutual Consolidated Savings in October of 2008 regarding an offer based on which the company would be able to reduce the interest rate on my credit card (CIBC VISA) by %3-%6. I was guaranteed that the program will save me a minimum of $2000 otherwise the membership fee of US$250 would be returned to me in full.
Three weeks later I received a welcome package from Mutual Consolidated Savings including a spreadsheet of the scheduled payments on my credit card. I also spoke with a Senior Advisors whom had me apply for:
1) A reduction on my rates from my current bank.
2) A low rate line of credit from another institution.
I agreed to both and contacted the financial institutions as instructed. I was turned down by both institutes because according to the agent there had been too many recent activities on my record and was told to try again in 6 months. I contacted two more of their advisors afterwards and both told me that I better not apply for anymore credit and try again in six months as had been recommended by the credit card company.
Today I contacted Mutual Consolidated Savings regarding the Money Back Guarantee and demanded a refund since they had failed to save me the promised $2000. A Senior Supervisor told me that the company has fulfilled its promise by sending me the payment schedule because if I were to add $80 to my monthly payment I would save $2000 over a period of seven years!!
