I was sent a letter with a check enclosed stating that I was a declared winner of the July 5th, 2008 Sweepstakes. Claim # DH/SUL-0011. The check amount is $4890 & the taxes owed on my winnings will be $2985 due by either MoneyGram or Western Union.

It states they have been trying to cntact me and the total of my winnings is $250,000. It instructs meto contact them before cashing the check.
