After reading the comments on this site, I should consider myself fortunate to have taken my "free" vacation.

After much haggling with MVI, we finally received our free travel documents.

We had our trip to Vegas, stayed at Lady Luck and returned home.

Once home, we mailed the required signed voucher from Lady Luck stating we were actually there to MVI (certified as requested) to get a refund of our $100 deposit.

That was in August 2002, and to date, after numerous phone calls (at our expense, no toll free number available) and certified letters (again at our expense), we have heard nothing from MVI about or refund.

The phone number only gets me to a recording that tells me they are experiencing a high volume of calls. We all know why that is, dont' we????

I would love for someone from MVI to contact me with a reason they have not refunded our money. We have complied with every one of their terms and conditions, according to the legal staff at my place of employment.

refund could be processed in the next

Mr. Collins responded to an email I sent him and told me he had found my correspondence and that he would forward my letter to accounting so that my refund could be processed in the next week. Will let you know when and IF I actually get a refund.
