MVQ*SHOPESSENTIAL+ MVQ Essential Used phising to get credit card information from restaurants.com website in 2009 and charging since No info provided, Internet

On January 10, 2012 I was reviewing my account and noticed a charge that I had seen previously on my transactions log.  I reviewed back to June and they had been charging every month.  I called them and they could provide me with no information on what their 'membership' was.  They never sent me any information via email about this.  While I should have checked this sooner, I found out they have been charging me $20-30 very month from Jan 2009 to current.  My acccount has been cancelled but I would like to be refunded as I never signed up for this and there are reports exactly the same all over the internet of the same thing happening to people and they never signed up either.  If the company can't provide a service and can not provide me on information as to how they got my credit card information, they should refund me completely.
