I am yet another individual ripped off by MWI connections!!!?? I noticed transactions of $9.95 for the past four months charged to my credit card MWI Connections. I had no idea who they were, so did a Yahoo.com engine search on them, which revealed hundreds of websites with complaints about others being totally ripped off.
I found an 800 number to call to reach MWI, and had a representative answer whom spoke broken English, I could barely understand him. He couldn't even locate my "account"? Once he did with help from his "supervisor", I told him of my situation, in which he explained that I signed up for discounts on food, movie tickets, and etc.
I told him I never signed up or authorized use of my credit card to be charged $9.95 a month and had never received any coupons or discounts on anything the past four months. His english was so broken, I had to apologize and ask to speak to his supervisor.
The "supervisor" named "Iliam ID#14715" also had broken English. Supposedly he tells me I signed up on Orbitz.com back in March. I had purchased Airline tickets in March and THAT'S IT!!! He said all he can do is cancel my "subscription" and refund me only for the last transaction of $9.95.
I am so upset. $9.95 is a small transaction that has been overlooked on my online billing statements for my credit card and I have just realized it today! This has added up though! I am going to contact my Bank tomorrow and see what they can do.
This is ridiculous. I am going to keep calling this "MWI" place and see if I can get a total refund since I see that other people have. The representatives from MWI seem to be bartering to see how much money they can still scam from you once you've caught them redhanded.

I know William, he is a nice guy but he is not a supervisor..he is only a lead which is kind of like an assistant supervisor. Don't get upset with him, he is only doing his job cause if he doesn't do his job then he will surely get fired by non other then Isabelle saved or isabelle will have enza do her dirty work like she did with me..
Call mwi back, and make sure you have your bank representative on line with you..tell your bank what happened and demand your bank calls mwi with you and demand all the months refunded back to you..It is your money by the way..with your bank on line then you should have no problems..also contact your law firm in your area and put in a complained..let me know how it goes..
