I just noticed last week an amount for $12.95 taken out of my checking account using a non-pin debit from MWI connections. I called the 800 number next to the name.
All the individuals I talked to could barely speak English. They wanted more information from me such as my Bank Account Number and Debit card number. I did not give then any information.
I wanted them to send me a copy of my written signature authorizing them to take this money from my account. They said they could not do that, but still wanted me to send them information via fax so they could research this.
I contacted my bank and they filed a fraud report and cancelled my debit card. Today I checked my bank statements back to Dec. of 2002 and have found the same company has taken $205.45 from my account since that time to date.
