MWI Connections Internet RIPOFF with UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES to Credit Card Internet

Who is MWI Connections? That is exactly what I was wondering and the exact same question that I asked my wife when I saw the charge on my account.
I had a charge on my checking account that I had no idea of who, what, where, or why, so I decided to give them a call since, luckily, my bank had the phone number to MWI Connections on my statement.

The first person that I talked to immediately transferred me to Customer Services when I told him that I wanted to know who they were, what they did, and why was I charged.
The second person asked my name, phone number, and address. I told her that I wanted to know what they did. She told me that they were a membership savings company.
She used the old "Your wife is the one that purchased the membership" routine.

She asked if we had received our membership package. Of course not! She apologized and wanted to send another package out right away.

NO! I want my account credited now! She was a little pushy, but finally said my account would be credited within two business days. We'll see.
