MWI Connections, MWI Essentials, Memberworks, Inc. MWI used 2 year old information to charge my debit card consumer rip-off fraud Omaha Nebraska

In reviewing my checking account online, I saw a 119.95 dollar charge for MWI Connections. I knew immediately that I had not spend this much money on anything recently, and did not recognize the company name.

I simple internet search for the name gave me the answers, as there are numerous complaints about this company. I called the number I found on a website, 1-800-313-3540, and after a long time on hold got someone with the company. When I told them what I had happened, them immediately agreed to refund the money.

It sounds like they are set up to do this and make money off the people that don't realize the charge is fraudulent, or can't figure out how to get it refunded. The operator said it would take one to two statement for me to see the money on my account. After I got of the phone I thought to myself, How are you going to wait months to give me back money that you took from me fraudulently!!? I called them back and the operator said it would post back to my card in 3-5 business days. I got her name and ID number.

I will have to wait and see if it happens. I am currently researching all of my legal options, both civil and criminal, against this company. They have apparetly been doing this for years and for the life of me I cannot figure out how they are still in business with all these complaints.
