I glanced at my bank statement today and noticed a $9.95 charge. I was curious what MWI was. I called and waited on eternal hold until finally a nasal speaking SHIRLEY (rep # 3294) answered the phone.
Started asking for all kinds of information to VERIFY my account. I demanded she tell me what Galleria USA was. She said that it is a service to save money when shopping at such stores as JC Penny, K-mart, etc. I asked to have the account cancelled; 25 minutes and a whole lot of screaming later Shirley agreed to cancel the account. REFUSED to refund my money since I ENROLLED!?!?
I asked how I enrolled and she said that it came from my purchase from VISTAPRINT.COM. I purchased some business cards nearly a year ago there and to my surprise was enrolled in a program I did not agree to. SO I have been billed 9.95 for a year because of the dishonest practices of GALLERIA USA and VISTAPRINT.COM. Now I am out $120 because of these dishonest creeps.
WARNING DON'T BUY FROM VISTAPRINT.COM they will screw you.
