MWI Galleria USA ripoff NO PURCHASE NO AUTHORIIZATION ripoff business from hell Houston Texas

Was checking my bank statement ... found $149.95 listed to a MWI Galleria USA.. I checked the web and came up with all these horror stories regarding this "MWI Galleria USA". Called my bank ... they had the phone number listed on the debit processing information. What was so cool the bank called this number while I was on the phone and the bank rep listened to the entire conversation.

MWI tried to sell me info "how to save money" - they stated I purchased this package online with them. Advised this company "Of course I did not - what you are doing is against the law, especially when you go into anyone's account without authorization etc." they agreeded to refund money within the next ten days. Asked for this person's name she gave her name as Mercy and an ID #15529.

Also advised Mercy if monies were not returned in the time they alloted they would be hearing from me again.

After the conversation and Mercy hung up my bank rep advised the entire conversation was recorded and to check back within the time slot for the refund. My bank rep., also advised that people should check their bank statements very carefully - because of the internet now... many are being ripped off and some customers don't even know it.

Today's dated is May 29th 2003 - this all took place on this date.

Hope you all check your statements, this is only the way I found this error... we need to get rid of these companies who feed on greed.
