MWI Galleria USA Consumer fraud rip-off Internet

MWI Galleria USA billed me $139.95 to my visa check card, and I have never heard about this business. They called me about 2 or more months ago telling me that I now had an account with them. I specifically told them I am 17 years old, I did not sign up for this, and that they better cancel whatever it is. January 17 of this year they bill me $139.95 for a membership fee.

I had no idea that they had done that until today when I got my bank statement in the mail telling me that my account is now $150.93 over drawn. Luckily for me my dad had some money to help me out. He called them and told them to cancel whatever it was that they(MWI Galleria Usa) had signed me up for.

I honestly have no idea how they got a hold of my information, but I do know that they knew my name, home address, and home phone(the phone is an unlisted number). They are supposed to give back the money, whether they do or not is another story.
