I was fraudulently charged by MWI on my credit card on Nov 12th for $139.95 (seems to be their magic number). I spent the next week attempting to contact this company. I finally got the "owners" home phone number and pretty much called him non-stop about my money. After he blocked all calls from my area code (lol)...i finally got my money creditied back to my account.
My biggest concern is that i spoke DIRECTLY with the supervisor of the Better Business Bureau and explained my whole situation. I emailed her with this web site link. And guess what? I just checked the BBB of Houston and MWI is STILL a member in good standing with them!!!!!!!
I contacted the FTC, the FBI, the Houston PD, and several TV shows(hoping for an expose'). Well,guess what i got for all of my trouble? NOTHING!!
Its as if these sleazy, low-life,scum-suckers are allowed to operate their business and rob all of us out of the $$$$$ we work so damned hard for. what the hell?
