MWI Homeworks Plus ripoff, unauthorized charges to bank account, scam, credit card fraud Omaha Nebraska

Today I checked my online bank statement through Wachovia as I always do and noticed an unusual charge in the amount of $9.95 from MWI Homeworks Plus. I did not make this purchase and I did not authorize my checking account to be debited. I then called my bank and spoke with a customer service representative who then gave me the telephone number to contact this company.

When calling this number, the gentleman proceeded to ask me numerous personal questions saying that he was trying to locate my account. He then told me that I had a membership for a discount gift card company (including companies such as Home Depot) that was signed up for on Snapfish.com?? I had never even heard of this membership. I told him that I did not want this membership and that I wanted to be refunded. He then proceeded to try to sell me this product even more!! His name is Darren, and his ID # is: 4221.

I then demanded to speak with a supervisor who was not helpful nor pleasant. As a matter of fact, after I requested the company's personal info and told her that I would be contacting an attorney, she hung up on me!! Her name is: Felicia and her ID# is:3906.

I canceled my credit card and am in the process of taking this to the next level. Any questions or comments? Please respond!
