MWI Premier Health Checking account overdrawn due to unauthorized deduction by MWI Internet

My checking account is overdrawn by $199 due to a charge of $139.95 by MWI*Premier Health and a $58 overdraft fee.

I did not order anything off of a TV infomercial.

I did not agree to any trial programs.

I did not take advantage of any three day vacation program.

In short, I have no idea how these people got my bank account information.

I had not even heard of these people until their name showed up on my bank statement.

The only internet info I have found is that found on this site.

Who are they and how can they continue to do this?

How do they get our credit card and bank account information?

What the heck can we do to stop this kind of foolishness from happening again?
