MWI *Simple Escapes2 ripoff. Billed my deceased mother's bank account! need to jump through hoops to dispute this! Nationwide

My name is Raquel. My mother Kathleen died over a yr. ago. I am in the process of tying up the loose ends of her estate, and I get a letter from her bank for an NSF charge.

I have all her bank info, checks, bank card etc. in a drawer in my apt. And it has not been touched. This NSF letter states that this company, MWI *Simple Escapes2 has charged her account $169.95!

Now I have to jump through hoops, and go to a branch of her bank (which is over 100mi away) to dispute this in person and try to get the account closed.
