I cancelled my account with Simple Escapes on 8-13-02.

An unauthorized charge of $139.95 was applied to my card on 9-12-02 by Simple Escapes.

I tried to call the number that was on my bank statement to receive a credit but it was only an automated message.

I have not seen a refund to this date 4-07-03.

I was introduced to MWI through the website www.netflip.com

I am happy to report that MWI*Simple Escapes came through with my refund. I was treated with kindness and the refund was given within one day of my request.

Rhonda was courtious, polite and professional in handling my situation. I advise anyone who contacts her to do the same. I would hate to think that by me suppling this information to others caused undue stress on her.
