This company calls My Access Capital call me back in July 2008. After, I fill the application for the loan. I need to buy equipment for the shop.

When they call me they say my credit is bad and need to join their program to rebuild my credit and build up the business credit. The program will be 7 month but on the four month I should be able to get business credit loan. If the program is not working than we will refund all the money. After my second month I have not see any improve so I call them. They say don't worry everything should be fine and you should be able to get a loan by November. November 1 I call them more than 10 times and email them more than 6 times and finally they call me back. They're unable to get me a loan. I ask them why and they say my credit is still bad and my business credit is good. I check my credit and my business credit they say it's still bad and nothing improves. I call my access capital and they did not pickup the phone or respond my emails. So, I wrote them an email saying I need to cancel my program since I unable to get the loan. They say, I still have to pay instill the program complete that would be Jan 2009. I told them why I still have to pay if the program is not working. They say, sorry we can not help you but you still have to pay the rest of the money. They are not doing their job and still make people pay the program. I think they ripoff from me and everyone else too.
