I had an alarm System service on my house. Over two years ago they (Hawk Security) just stopped billing me and stopped providing service. I never renewed the contract. I moved out of the house in Feb, 2012. That company has been bought by My Alarm Center. This month (April) I received a debit on my bank account for $28.13. I called My Alarm Center and they said because of the high volumn of calls they would take my number and call back.
I waited two days and still no call. I called my bank and put a stop payment and for them to refuse any more billings. After reading all the other complaints I am not taking chances with these people. I think they are very unprofessional.

We're sorry that we didn't get this resolved for you when you called us. We care very much about our customers, and it sounds like there was a mistake as we transitioned all of the account information from Interface (Hawk's previous owner) to My Alarm Center and somehow started billing you erroneously. We want to get it fixed!
