Let me actually portray what happened with this account. 1. The "custom" cabinets for $3800 content is incorrect. I attempted every too get feedback on every design idea for the kitchen and was given the same answer "just so what you think is best" the $3800 kitchen included $1300 worth of raw cabinets, $1300 worth of granite, cost to demo, install, stainless undermount sink ($289,), faucet/ sprayer combo, subway tile backsplash, and sheetrock work that was unexpected. The original is this customer expected a $10k kitchen for $3800. I have several references that will attest to my work ethics and quality of my work. Customer owes for: 1. Sheetrock work in basement 2. HVAC leak repair basement 3. Painting carport 4. Install hot water heater 5. Install dish washer 6. Exterior plumbing 7. Install 2 ceiling fans 8. Exterior trim And still claims to have been ripped off. As far as my license I am not a general contractor. And I never claimed to be. I am insured so any claim that i'm not is false. I took before and after photos as proof of the quality of work performed. I have been in business for over ten years and always require a deposit for remodeling jobs. As many contractors do. All work was done according to code. In a nutshell this customer was shortsighted with the workmanship and work ethic until it was time to pay. Every payment came with some sort of text rant.
