My Cash Guardian They ACH Debit my bank account of $29.95 without authoriziton Internet

My bank sent me an alert today saying a ACH Debit transaction is pending with My Cash Guardian. Log on to my account and found that is was true. Googled there name and found a phone number of 888-334-3807. Called that number, it said it was a Customer Support. Continued to hold for the next agent. Several minutes later. Approx. 30 minutes finally had a live person. She told me I took out a load for $700 and this was a one time fee for this. I never took out a loan from them or there affiliated companies. She apologized and will refund the amount and if my bank account gets over drawn they will cover that cost to. I'll have to wait and see to believe this. I placed a call to my banks fraud dept and filed a claim. If I see that they reversed the withdrawal and my account does not get over drawn I'll resubmit an updated text.
