My Cash Guardian They took money from my account without my permission Internet

I signed up for an online payday loan application, the type of service that searches several sites to find you a quick payday loan.  This was my mistake, and MyCashGuardian took advantage of me.

They took money out of my bank account ($29.95) without my consent.  Not a phone call, not an email, nothing.  I called them, and the woman on the phone explained that this money was for the processing fee IF I decided that I wanted a loan with them.  So they took money from my account to insure that I would do business with them. 

They basically stole money from me, hoping I would either not notice or be stupid enough to sign up and do business with them.  I've been reading many multiple accounts online of "mycashguardian" doing the same thing to other people. 

In the end, after much yelling on my part, the woman finally issued a refund for my money that they took without my permission.  I will (hopefully) be receiving this refund soon.  Still, I'm livid that these people are taking advantage of poor people who obviously are in deep financial troubles, and exploiting them. 

Please be careful not to let these people trick you too.  I've learned never to get a payday loan online, because simply put, there are evil people out there looking to steal money from you, and they have no conscience.
