My Cash Guardian This a-- of a person took advantage of me while I received a payday loan and debited my account for the amount of $29.95. I don't know this person or company and want to report him and put his a-- in Internet

I have been taken advantage of through my bank with a fraudster.  The company is my cash guardian and as I was applying for a payday loan he intercepted my information and placed a debit on my bank account which overdrew my account.  I called the people of whom I got the cash advance off of and they could not help me just told me to look it up and do whatever it takes to get my money back.  This person has been reported many times and should be in jail for fraud and interception of personal information.  I want my money back and will file a dispute with my bank once this pending charge becomes a live charge.  I will tell them I filed a rip off report and am awaiting a response.  If I can help in any way to put this monster away please let me know as I am pissed and now have lost $30 already of my cash advance from the legal company.  Please Help!!!
