I was contacted by telephone to purchase a website for financial reasons.  This site was to allow me to earn extra income by selling credit card processing and offer bank loans where they were turned down for a lower rate of interest.

I was to receive a packet of information which never came in the mail.  My credit card was charged for $224.95 and $24.95 per month thereafter for this opportunity.

No representative contacted me as promised in a letter received from Best Enterprises. 

Future calls were made requesting a $10,000 investment to get website set up and material placed in the website.  The next day or so another person called repesenting them stating that they could reduce the investment to $5000.00. 

I have not been contacted since after the last telephone call.
