A tech came to my house to remove a virus from my computer. He claimed he was running diagnostic test s to find the virus. He opened up my computer and took something out and told me it didn't serve any purpose.Then he told me my computer was fixed. When he left I noticed the sound was not working on my computer so I called him back. I was then told that there was probably a loose wire so I checked everything. There was no loose wire and now i have no sound which was initially not the problem. I was billed for $398.00 and my computer is still not fixed. Now i must pay out more money to get something fixed which was not initially broken. This company is a real ripoff and I would never advise anyone to use them unless you just have money to throw away.
