My Crisis Gear NSRA Fraudulant charges and not sending items purchased. Texas

 In February, 2018 I purchased a red dot gun sight online from My Crises Gear.  I later received the item but then noticed I had been double charged.  I contacted the company and was told the second charge was for a membership for $39.99.  I informed them that I did not sign up for a membership nor had I received any corospondance about a membership.  The man I talked to said that was not true and that I had been sent a confirmation.  I informed him that not only had I not been sent a confirmation about a so called membership, I had not even received a confirmation for the purchase that I had made nor had I received the purchase.  He said that I had a 30 day trial and could have cancelled anytime.  He refused to reverse the charge.  I had my bank cancel it.  I later made another purchase for a laser sight.  I didn't realize it was the same company because it went by NSRA.  That purchase was made on Feb. 13.  As as of 3/29/18, I still have not received the purchase even though the item was paid for on 2/13/18.  I have emailed and phoned but gotten no response.
