President Stephen Brennan and Sales Manager Angelena Madrid use misleading advertisement, and statements to hire employees "with" false advertising you can make "BIG BUCKS" Six Figures to get people to come to work at their Company all the while the Company never has any intention of paying out commission over 15%, and in most cases no commission are paid out to the mass majority of their sales force all the while the owner is the only one bringing in a six figure income. In fact 95% of their employees don't meet the basic "median" income levels by the State of California.   

The atmosphere is so disparaging, and breeds desperation for misleading, and concealment of information to their clientle, who are the one's actually coming to them for help! Overtime is widely accepted by corporate owners, but NEVER any overtime is paid to any of their employees who are too afraid to say anything for fear of being fired! Employees who complain are fired.  

The owners use Angelena Madrid's their office sales manager's "prior" sales success  "stating" Angelena "HAD" no problems meeting their sales quota's 5 years ago! "TRUTH" is Angelena wouldn't meet these same sales quotas by today's market standards!!!   AND the numbers don't lie when over 95% of their sales force doesnt meet basic "Median" wage standards, and put in exhausting hours of overtime to try to meet their "unrealistic" sales quotas!!!  

In addition many of their employees are "FIRED" just prior to their meeting the Employer provided Health Coverage "waiting" period, which is a WHOPPING 6 months.   Don't be fooled by this greedy Corporation who is only concerned with taking your money without the  slightest concern for the clients welfare, who they are suppose to protect,  or for their employees who work exhausting hours!
