My Diva's Closet, Inc. This is office address for mail only, please no pickups or drop offs at this location. I placed an order for a costume, stockings and shoes. it was to be sent express. The day the items arrived it was only the stockings. Internet

I ordered from this website on 10/15/2010. My Divas closet. I asked for express delivery and paid an aditional $14.99 for delivery, to only recieve the stockings on the delivered date.
On the bill/invoice it said shoes will be delivered separatelythe actual costume is listed as sold out in my size. I am angry for a couple of reasons;
1. They charged my card for the complete outfit, 2. They could have sent me an e-mail pre advising me on the items purchased, contacted me via phone, or just simple charge me only for the delivered products.
This is definitely unacceptable, and unprofessional.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
If you think that you can call them or e-mail them you are saddly mistaken. They don't respond to either.
