I have recently spoken to Joann Windsor of windsorspreciouspets in California and found Kim Hinkles' observations of this lady to be false.

Kim Hinkle has taken $4000.00 of my money back in September 09 for the purchase of a full Parquin male yorkshire terrier pup and this price also included a $500.00 down payment on a female pup.

After recieving my full amount of $4000.00 for this male pup, Kim tried to switch and send me the female instead which was a $4500.00 dog.

This situation is now in my Attys. hands and I will pursue this to the end to retrieve my full amount of money back. Kim tries to say that deposits are non refundable, but it was not a deposit on this male, it was a full payment.

Kim lied to me and others and is still lying about this encounter. Joann is a loving, caring woman who loves her precious animals and is such an honest breeder.

Breeders like Joann should stay in business and the so called back yard breeders need to be brought to light and shut down for good.

I just want consumers to know that Joann is reputable and if you should wonder about any others that come on here to slander her name to just go to yorkietalk.com and read away at what others have to say about various breeders (if you know who I mean). You will find numerous people that have only negative things to say.

Kim goes in under various names such as but not limited too: my yorkie kids,yorkies r spoil,cuteness yorkie,my yorkie love, yorkie believer etc. Get the picture???

Please consumers, before you purchase any so called dogs, contact me before sending any money. I will be more than glad to tell you my story and to also send you emails from this breeder stating full rights and a one time only offer. She in my opinion is not honest or ethical and I can prove everything I am saying and will do so in a court of law as soon as my lawyer gives me the go ahead.
