To all Individuals considering Purchasing (eTrust EZ Antivirus Software): First of all I have used this Virus Protection on My PC since it was free,and was formerly known as (InnoculateIt).

When A company named computer Associates Alias CA purchased InnoculateIt. Offered it for sale for a nominal fee to all who were then using the free version. So now we could upgrade to eTrust EZ Antivirus...

For the First year all was well,and updates were easily obtainable from the eTrust EZ Antivirus Server.

After the first year you were offered another year for $9.95 leading you to believe that this also included all Updates to the Application its self NO!

What this meant was that you pay them for another year, which I did the first of this year. They knew they had the upgrade to version 6.1.4 ready to go and that to continue accsessing their Server you would have to purchase this upgrade.

I then purchased the Upgrade for $24.95, knowing that the $9.95 I just Paid was probably gone, but being online 24/7 I require protection for my PC beyond Firewalls,and so I bit the Bullet already feeling that I was Being RIPPED OFF!

After Installing the UpGrade I found that the eTrust EZ Antivirus App would not access their Server Untill The new Code Was installed....Back to their site I go following all the Procedures, jumping all the Hoops, following all the Instructions to the Letter, to no avail....I Have emailed them to no end,and have not one response from them...Requesting either the Code,or a Refund!....

My Advice to ALL IS:..."DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS"...
Once They receive your MONEY,YOU no longer exist!

Due to a misunderstanding by my Person, I posted the previous RipOff message regarding the concerned Software Company....

This Company has resolved the problem in all due haste,and aided me in resolving the problem that created the misunderstanding on my part...

Let it be known to all, that this is an outstanding Software Company The Fourth largest in the World,and as I have discovered wiil go to any length to satisfy an Individual Customer who has any problems regarding their Software...Due to an over reaction I posted Here first....before giving thought to all avenues that could have resolved all, before I posted in to much haste...An Old Addage "Look Before You Leap"

A satisfied Customer of this Company!
