On July 21, 2016 I purchased a software from My Faster PC and had issues from the beginning, it downloaded but I could not get it to run. I call customer support on the 21,22,23 of July and they got on my system remotely and said it was working fine and that I had other issues with my computer that needed to be adjusted so everything would run properly, proceeded to show me all the problems with my system and that it would only cost me $379.99 to fix it and that would be good for a year.
Well I have been down that road before and there was no way I was going to give them any money to do nothing not only that but in the past they call you once a month to try and get you to let them get in your computer and make sure there are no issuses. And then want more money because they have created new issues that have nothing to do with the old ones, so it becomes another issue and they want more money. Oh and the best part no refund.
What a RIP OFF!
