Hi I am a mother of five boys due to unforeseeable circumstances,I am now unable to work due to my baby being diagnose as having a rare heart condition and other problems associated with this.

Well I was looking at ways of earning income from home, putting my PC to use and I came across My Internet Payday well everything sounded great $1 for 7 day trial period to learn the tricks of the trade and how to make money, well I signed up looked at the material and thought well I could have figured this out for myself, and everything which was suggested was for free anyway if you went to the right sites, alarm bells rang I canceled 2 days later online got confirmation and thought thank goodness I only lost $1US I also tried a few times to ring the office to make sure confirmation of the cancellation was received with no success I live in New Zealand so I waited up until 3.00am to make sure to get hold of someone as office opened at 9:00am,well I rang on the dot and to my surprise I was 3 in the queue I rang a hour later to be told by a machine I was 21 in the queue, and tried a few more times I am so dreading seeing my phone bill for this month.

Well Yesterday being the 27th May over here I noticed $130.00NZ was taken from my visa debit account I rang my bank and asked where has this money gone to,then to my shock horror you guessed it My Internet Payday.I informed my bank that I had canceled this and that I had not authorized this payment, also I looked back on my account and noticed when I signed up My Internet Payday had not only taken the $1US trail period charge but took this amount out 3 times that day, when I finally got hold of someone via live online support Infomedia man this took about 2hrs of me searching to get this far.I told that person that I had canceled within the 7 day trial period and received confirmation number,he told me that yes it had been received, but get this it was not done within the 7 day trial period I said crap I know when I did it,but i don't know if anyone has notice that when you cancel online you get a confirmation number only,no date,no time and I would have expected an email sent to me about confirmation,I have come to the conclusion why they don't send 1 is because it show's dates and times and most importantly confirmation of cancellation instead I get this from them online.(NOTE NOS HAVE BEEN CHANGED FOR SECURITY REASONS)

I'm sorry you feel that way.

We mention our billing terms , not once, not twice, but FIVE times on the order page .We clearly state in our terms that you will be billed after your one week trial.

http://www.my-internet-payday.com/index.php?module=order

Additionally our Terms page linked from the order page defines the trial clearly.

http://www.my-internet-payday.com/index.php?module=terms

We have an A+ rating with the BBB
http://www.bbb.org/northern-colorado/business-reviews/internet-selling-services/info-media-inc-in-loveland-co-46013275

We have 10's of 1000's of satisfied clients and a fantastic reputation online for our products. We provide a huge amount
of value for the $1 trial as well as your first month. Information others have paid over $2000 for via our product line.

I can assure you we did not get our A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau by being thieves. They've examined
our offers carefully, as have attorney's, and we go over and above all compliance's.

Our sales department will make sure you're removed from the system and all payments refunded.

Best of success to you.

Sincerely,

Joey Montez, VP of Sales
InfoMedia Inc.
