I'm not seeing where you get this "We have a great reputation" statement. I haven't heard a good thing about you except from your shady website. Your BBB rating is falling as I type this. I'm very surprised you're on there with the underhanded methods you use. Unfortunately I'm one of the sorry suckers ripped off by My Internet Payday. I'm a full time student thinking I might make a few extra bucks doing zombie work linking sites to google. But no, your company did NOT make it obvious (as you've claimed) that you will be charged 80$ after a week. It's in the fine print, yes. Ah the fine print, ripping people off for ages, so you can rest easy and call us morons that deserved to be ripped off? It's easy to rip someone off for 81$ when they only think they could lose 1$ eh? I've lost 150$ that I really couldn't afford to lose from this company, canceled my debit card, I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to talk to about it. The funny thing is that I've never downloaded anything from My Internet Payday, I tried to cancel the crap and never watched anything more than the little video at the beginning. Seemed like a lot of smoke, so I blew it off, no biggie, only a buck. Then bam, back to eating raman noodles and not being able to make my bills thanks to you all. What I received wasn't worth the dollar I spent. All in all, you don't have a good reputation at all, your list of complaints is greater than your supporters. That means you have a bad rap, and I can understand why. You fail to mention that upon sign-up you're actually paying for a very expensive subscription. Of course, now that I got ripped off, and re-discovered your site that you changed without notifying me, I find the miniscule url in lower caps at the bottom of the screen and BAM, there it is. Yeah, bad judgment on my part for giving you group of fools my card info. You did a great job in making a poor person poorer.

We could go back and forth about how illegitimate your business is, and it is a completely illegitimate business set up for the sole purpose of taking money from people who are not aware of the rouse involved, but why not just cut to the chase?

You are selling misinformation to people, and providing a nonsensical "product" that can be obtained legitimately from the source you derived it for at absolutely no cost to or obligation by the consumer. That in my book makes you a scammer. The fact that you hide behind anonymously set up phone numbers based in states where you do not have a physical presence, and that you utilize a UPS drop box location for a physical address cited on the site...also makes you a scammer. Take note of the fact that this was not disputed folks.

Your quoted current website apparently has already been taken down and all Googled references to it have also disappeared. When it was up, logos used on the site were invalid and merely copied and pasted, including those used to make false claims of endorsements and/or claims of security while on the site.

Google Adsense is a free product offered to people and the only way to take advantage of the services is to go through Google directly. Anything you attempt to offer in deflection of that simple fact is pointless.

Scam artists change the name of their businesses very frequently to thwart people from discovering complaints.

When the heat gets too hot and sales begin to wane, it's time to change names. Then those who ARE smart enough to do a little Google search on dubious work-at-home, investment, or totally bogus schemes, will find nothing and sometimes make the mistake in assuming that if there is nothing bad out there under the name of the business, that all is a-okay.

No complaints are just as telling as too many complaints. If all you can find is a website in the name of the business, the chances are that they are brand new, and a scam to boot.

It's as simple as pie. If you are being asked to pay money up-front for practically anything at all and you do not know the business at all, you are being courted for a rip-off. If you are asked to give someone your bank account or credit card information online and the site you are on does not provide enough information to determine EXACTLY where they are located, or several phone numbers that are easily found and listed in the name of the business, then you are being set up for a complete rip-off. In the event that a physical address is listed, you need to discover what kind of business is at that location to determine if it is a valid address. Google street view is a fantastic way to discover whether the address is valid, and to see what is actually located at that address.

For the record, InfoMedia, a.k.a. "My Internet Payday" is a complete scam and you are likely going to be ripped-off for whatever they can take from your credit card or bank account(s). Their toll free number is absolutely unlisted and the only verifiable phone number cited is based in Miami, Florida.

According to their site, they have a physical presence in Loveland, Colorado. The actual business at that address is a UPS Store, where InfoMedia likely has a drop box, and even more likely is listed under the name of someone who's identity has been stolen.

In the terms of service it also instructs you to contact us for any support issues and cancellations. Additionally we clearly state in our terms that you will be billed after your one week. It's your responsibily to contact us, not us contacting you prior to a bill..that is expected from you.
