My trucking company hauled heavy equipment across the country for Priscilla Dean the owner of My Lady Logistics. My Lady Logistics is a freight brokerage company which goes online to find out who needs product hauled and then they subcontract the haul to trucking companies such as ours. My Lady Logistics does not own any trucks and works out of a house.
My Lady Logistics got paid by their client the same day that my trucking company delivered the equipment. My Lady Logistics did not pay us for over two months and when they did finally pay us they wrote us a bad check. Check # 9278 for $13,390 the checking account is listed under Priscilla Lenise Dean. Priscilla Dean avoids our phone calls, letters and emails.
We have turned the check of to the State Attorney's Office in DuPage County (IL) to prosecute her for the NSF check. The amount of the NSF check is a Felony. We are told that she will be arrested very soon.
