Terrible service (using the word service for them is being kind)
We called them several days in advance for a larger than normal order for our daughters birthday party, we informed them we would be needing 10 large pizzas in a few days.
On the day we needed the order the owner\manager informed us their policy was to have us pre-pay in person, we informed him that we had called a few days prior and reminded him that we order often from them and were prepared to pre-pay like always over the phone with our credit card....not good enough....policy blah blah blah....even told us to order from someplace else, so we did. What kind of moron that intends to stay in business turns down repeat business and sends you packing to their competitors? Hint: My New York Pizza in Keller
We must close by thanking the highly intelligent business tycoon as his rudeness and skilled management technique not only saved us money but also helped us discover a much better tasting pizza and much better service @ (((competitor's name redacted))) (Highly recommended).
Tip for My New York's management: your New York attitude may work for you up North but this is Texas pal....you may seriously want to rethink your business plan or start packing!
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. No I am not a competitor, I was a customer till he was rude. If they had wanted us to come in to place the order then he should have said that when we called several days earlier. Also like I said we had ordered from him many times previously.

So this piece of trash wouldn't even take your credit card? Not good business sense. Avoid people who have issues like that. I would think twice about eating any of his "offerings". Be glad your daughter and all her friends didn't get food poisoning!

By the way the Pre-Pay in person isn't a bad thing for large orders. The "Pizza Prank" where someone orders several pizzas to someone else is probably one of the more popular pranks to play and I would bet they have people try that on a regular basis. Requiring someone to come in and pay is a good way to head that off.
